The F4 designation features upgraded engines, powerplant and equipment hardpoints; being able to carry extensive shielding-penetrating scanning equipment in order to detect even the most well hidden contraband.

The primary role of the Kite is to provide the FSF with a fast, versatile platform upon which to enforce the law across the domestic systems of Aquarius, as such, it is almost exclusively operated by the FSF and a few other UAS Civic Government-based organisations such as the Federal Border Security Force (FBSF), and even a few paramilitary security organisations.

The Kite carries extensive external stores for a variety of configurable payloads, from additional sensor pods to Hyper-cruise disruptors, to ship-to-ship missiles for counter-terrorism operations. Despite being a civilian law enforcement design, the Kite has gained popularity with several UAS sanctioned paramilitary and corporate security organisations for its reliability and versatility.
