As always this is my best educated guesswork, also based on the official block/layout diagram for Vega 20, which as far as I can see from the silicon is pretty accurate. Codecs and Display Controller are approx. I lost concentration towards the end.
Unnammed blocks above and below Geometry engines are to do with Draw Stream Binning Rasteriser according to the official layout. I don't know the exact boundries so I didn't label them.
